I started my journey in MASTERCHEF this year and let me tell you, it was an absolutely amazing experience! I got to explore so much in the world of cooking and it was truly a dream come true. But also  passing through the auditions was no piece of cake. I had to compete with thousands of talented individuals. It was tough, but I’m so proud that I made it through!

This technique enhances the aroma and taste of the food.

Another important aspect is the emphasis on balance and harmony in flavors. Tamil cuisine often combines the five fundamental tastes: sweet, sour, salty, bitter, and spicy, in a well-balanced manner. This reflects the belief in maintaining equilibrium in life, as well as the importance of moderation and mindfulness in Tamil culture.
