Ishu Gupta started her journey as a food blogger in late March 2024. She states cooking is not only her hobby it’s her passion. The interesting part she shared is that during her childhood she used to see her mother cooking, that interested her a lot. She learnt all the Authentic and traditional dishes from her mother, and she used to recreate it. These are the things that helped her to move ahead in cooking. Ishu loves putting her own elements and her own touch into dishes, that’s what she loves about cooking.

In this 21st century the globalization in food industry has positive and negative impact both. In positive side, there are many invention of new cuisines and new dishes. Every place has their own cuisine and own taste. People bring different dishes from other countries to their own countries. The taste might be different but they try to fusion it with their own country’s dish.

This is because to push the limit they have, to give exposure to cuisines and dishes. In negative side, the young generation attracts a lot more in the modern dishes, and the attraction toward traditional food is lacking. She also stated that she wants people to eat traditional dishes and do not let the essence vanish.
